At Melanie Lyne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer simple returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
